Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Innerwear and lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
